Smoke alarms are fitted in the kitchen and other appropriate areas.
A Solar Panel (evacuated glass tube method) is installed which should provide 70 per cent of the hot water required averaged over the course of one year. An electric immersion heater provides the remaining energy requirement.
Emergency lighting is fitted as standard to all SPC (Med) properties.
Telephone points are provided as are TV aerial points. An external waterproof electrical outlet is installed on the terrace.
